  5. Once the request is approved, the shipping courier will contact the customer and collect the product within 3–5 business days.
  6. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

In this case, we cover all shipping and exchange costs.

  1. If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (such as changing the product):

  • The customer is responsible for all exchange and shipping fees, depending on the governorate.
